Telling Jesus Stories (Online Option)

06/12/2021 9:00 am - 4:00 pm CST

The greatest story ever told is at our fingertips! Every page of God’s word displays His love for mankind. So, how can we get his life-sustaining love off of the pages and into someone else’s heart? Through stories – just like Jesus did! Jesus shared the good news of the kingdom of God by sharing simple stories with people. He didn’t insist that people completely understand the stories, nor did He explain the stories. He simply told stories and waited on the Holy Spirit to enlighten the listeners and empower their hearts to change and grow. In this interactive storytelling workshop, You’ll practice telling Jesus stories naturally, enthusiastically, and with love.

Peggy Spiers

Global Gap Analyst – All Nations International

Peggy came to All Nations after being a longtime friend and local church ministry partner. Her first career was in the first-grade classroom. Her second career began with coordinating Perspectives classes, volunteering with Wycliffe and Wycliffe Associates, and working in a local church’s missions department. These years of learning and travel taught her much about the challenges of missionaries. To see Jesus worshipped among all peoples, Peggy wants to help send strategically and care for workers on the field well. As Global Gap Analyst, Peggy will work to develop and sustain healthy partnerships between goers, senders, home churches, and agencies.

Dr. Pam Arlund

Global Training and Research Leader – All Nations International

Pam spent ten years in Central Asia as a church planter and Bible translator working among a previously unengaged people group. Along with others, she was able to help lead people to Jesus and train them to lead their own churches. Pam trains local churches and missionaries around the globe on effective disciple making principles. She received her PhD in Linguistics in 2006. She is the author of many articles and books on missions. She travels widely, training and encouraging local churches, missionaries through on-site trainings and Perspectives classes.
